I take photographs because they help me slow down and notice what’s around me. Through my lens, I’m drawn to the little things—a shift in light, an unexpected color, a moment that might otherwise pass by.  I’m especially drawn to black and white—the way it brings out light, shadow, and the feeling of a moment.
